What 'Contact Us' Pages Should Look Like
I’m constantly surprised at how difficult most firms make it to contact anyone. When you navigate to their home page you usually have an option of a generic “sales” or “webmaster” email link.
Is that what a customer really wants? Do they want to email a generic email address?
I guess perhaps customers looking for generic commodity services want that. Are you really looking for those?
